Our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) journey
We are a rapidly growing organisation on an exciting journey. We have worked to determine and develop our ESG strategy into a concrete roadmap.
ESG initiatives
In building our ESG strategy, we are focusing on three key activities:
Performance baselining
We are assessing and benchmarking our businesses' ESG maturity against industry standards.
Within our M&A process, all target acquisitions are always subject to ESG due diligence.
Double materiality assessment
To identify the key ESG topics to focus on for our business, we have completed a double materiality assessment, looking at their external impact and financial materiality.
Ambition setting
After baselining our ESG performance and determining the material ESG topics, we define KPIs and create our ESG multi-year roadmap.
Our Group-wide policies
Code of conduct
Outlining the ethical standards and behaviour expected from employees, promoting a culture of integrity, respect, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Equal opportunities
Ensure that all individuals are treated fairly and without discrimination, promote diversity and inclusivity, and provide equal opportunities within the organisation.
Close relationships
Establishing guidelines regarding personal relationships among employees to maintain professionalism, prevent conflicts of interest, and ensure a respectful and productive work environment.
Whistleblowing
“
Our company strives to maintain a transparent business climate and high business ethics. Our whistleblowing service is an early warning system to reduce risks. It is an essential tool to foster high ethical standards and maintain customer and public confidence in us.
To ensure anonymity, the whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner, WhistleB, Whistleblowing Centre. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected, and all messages will be processed in confidence.
