Our journey
In 2016, our focus shifted entirely to pet insurance, placing pets and families at the centre of our business strategy. In 2017, a new brand, Everypaw, was launched.
To provide our customers with various pet insurance options, we focused on establishing strong partnerships to support our growth ambitions. Our first significant partnerships, with Sainsbury's and Argos, went live in 2019.
We've welcomed many talented colleagues and established partnerships with fantastic brands across the retail, charity, and financial services sectors. We've also created new capabilities, platforms, and services tailored to our partners' needs to ensure the best customer experience. Over the last six years, the number of pet parents we support has grown five-fold to over half a million in 2023.
